Steve Griffiths- Director
Started as a refrigeration apprentice in 1991 servicing national supermarkets in the UK for nearly 20 years covering all aspects of commercial refrigeration. Attending City of Bath college for 4 years to gain City and Guilds of London accreditation in refrigeration mechanical engineering and design, Living on the Gold coast since 2008. Gained a position as a refrigeration service manager for large Brisbane refrigeration contractor. Starting to go grey but still has enough energy to live the dream and longs of becoming a Kung fu master.

Niki Griffiths - Business Manager
Niki is a Marketing Strategist with fifteen years brand management experience, a degree in marketing and a professional marketing diploma. With nearly 20 years business experience and a nomination for Telstra Business Women's Award 2013 Niki has joined CSG as the Business Manager. Niki has a special blend of corporate brand management experience mainly gained in the UK mixed with creativity, passion and life experience. As the Business Manager she will be focusing on developing processes for continued excellent client services and communication in addition to lead generation and marketing.

Elwyn Pensom - Consultant
40 years of construction management as a quantity surveyor in the United Kingdom. Mechanical engineering project management skills to include multi-million dollar projects throughout Europe.
